SMC - Sep 15th

OK...this one may take me two times but I am going to give it a go...the rest of Ps 23!

Ps 23:4-6 (NIV)
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Let's hear yours!!! =)

  1. Ok. So most of you guys know that I had the lapband done back on June 30. So far I have lost 33 lbs. I feel great. I am working out like crazy. I even joined a Boot Camp Challenge last Saturday and let me tell you!!!! WWWWOOOOOO....OMG!!!!!!

The point is that God gave me a temple to take care of. This verse is about me taking care of my temple.

For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.

  2. Fresh from Mark Batterson Evotional yesterday. (Just when I needed it)
Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

Just gotta work on the blameless part. WOW
